A thought for the politically-inclined or anyone who wants to debate

So, Iran just broke the U.N. seals that have been on their enriched uranium plant. They were flat-out told by the U.N. to not start it back up, since the enriched uranium could be used in making nuclear weapons, and they were distinctly told just a few days ago when they made motions to restart, to once again desist, and now they're up and running.
So, the question is, should Iran be able to restart its nuclear program? They're an unstable and violent theocracy of sorts, and have been known to harbor terrorists and have caused us and many of the middle eastern nations trouble in the past; but then again, do we have the right to tell somebody that they don't have the right to ante up and match the weapons of the opposition? I mean, nuclear weapons are a hugely diplomatic weapon, among other things, and why do the western nations who have nuclear arms have the right to tell Iran to back down and surrender this great power in a region where you NEED great power? Is this right or wrong? And keep in mind that this isn't just America, if anyone, it's the French leading it, but still.
And on an unrelated sidenote, I think that the word "jaded" is the most commonly used uncommon word in music today. From Aerosmith to Green Day to Warren Barfield, it's there. I feel like I should actually learn what it means now or something.

Hey Adam, It's Robert. I just want to mention that I went to Jungle Jim's last month and that place was the coolest. Oh and add me.

Robert! It's good to hear from you! That's so cool that you went to Jungle Jim's!!! Did they still have the robotic sea creature band in the seafood section? I think it was the seafood section... What were you doing up there in Ohio, anyway?

My sister is a flight attendant and her base is in Cincinnati actually. We were there on our way to New York City. I'm actually going again this weekend if I can make it. I didn't notice the band last time but I'll check for it. I just remember the giant tanks of fish they had in the back. It was too much visual stimulation so I'm going to go back. Also I'm going to attempt to stock up on Filipino foods.

Hey Ryan! Thanks for responding to my rather incindiary post. How's college life so far? I miss you and the camp already and it's only been four days. Crazy.
However, in the spirit of discussion posts, it is time to discuss. Actually, that "get me a gun" comment might not be far off. They're looking at a draft that will avoid the Vietnam fiasco of being a poor man's conflict, and calling up everyone, men, women, college or vocation, everyone, and if we are threatened with nuclear weapons, expect that draft. At least that's what Bobby Muller, an influencial figure in D.C., said when he came to talk to my school about the draft. If we were attacked, would you sign up or wait?

that depends on if I am passing my classes, If I ain't i will sign up real fast. They can't expect me to fight and attend class at the same time. College is fun, I have no idea what classes I am going to take, yet. If I joined would you?

I think so. Definately if there were a draft, if it happened right now anyhow. Maybe we could serve together. And you're in luck, not only do the uniforms match each other, they also match the ground! How do you feel about that? They tend to spell things correctly, so I think I'm good.
